End of the week. Time to review, recalibrate, and get better.
I’ve ripped this straight from my own personal operating system—this is how I track my performance every week. No fluff. No excuses. Just a brutal, honest look at whether I’m actually moving forward or just spinning my wheels.
This week, I sucked. Scored 65. Not good enough. Left money on the table, let distractions creep in, and didn’t push as hard as I should have. That’s on me. But I know exactly what I need to do differently next week, and I’ll be dialing it back up.
If you’re not scoring yourself weekly, you’re guessing. And guessing won’t make you rich, successful, or free. Track or stay stuck. Simple.
Here are my biggest lessons this week:
-
Say No. Too many low-value distractions snuck in. Won’t happen again.
-
Make decisions in advance. Removes hesitation, speeds up execution.
-
Periodise BJJ and Kickboxing. BJJ is boring me. When I’m bored, my overall alignment for life and business declines. Not good.
If you’re not tracking, you’re guessing—and that’s a one-way ticket to staying stuck.
I wanted to give you my exact system so you can start holding yourself to a higher standard. Print this off every week and go through it with a pen.
The weekly accountability of this has insane carryover. When you consistently measure where you’re winning (and where you’re slacking), you force yourself to level up.
Feel free to tweak the questions to match your priorities, but don’t skip the process. Track, review, and improve—every single week.
Work through these questions and answer truthfully.

Scoring System (0-100)
-
90-100 = You’re a savage. Keep pushing.
-
75-89 = Strong week, but you left money and growth on the table.
-
50-74 = Too many gaps. You’re playing below your potential. Fix it.
-
Below 50 = You’re coasting. Get serious, or get comfortable being average.
Remember, you behave your way to success and the goals you set for yourself at the start of the year.
I appreciate these questions are specific to me, but there’s a high chance they work for you to.

High standards, high performance. That’s the game.
Score yourself. Get better. No excuses.
Chat next week,

PS. A lot of you emailed back last week asking about the consultation conference I’m going to launch. The first one is happening in April. It’ll be invite/application-only to start—I want to feel this out before scaling. My team’s pushing for a big event, but I’m not interested in doing this just for the sake of it. I want to make sure this delivers exactly what you need to reprogram your mind for profit and success at the highest level.
This will be two days in a room with me, my entire team, and 20 high-performance guests, breaking down battle-tested principles, modern advertising techniques, and how to dominate the ever-changing landscape of your market.
We’ll cover:
-
Increasing sales and scaling revenue efficiently (because what worked a few years ago won’t cut it today)
-
Keeping customers longer and making them happier (I’m sure you’ve noticed this has gotten harder over the last three years)
-
Building a team you can actually trust to run and grow the business without micromanaging or constantly worrying about whether things are being done right
What it won’t be:
-
A ‘how to go viral’ course
-
All mindset, no tactical execution
Who it’s for:
-
Businesses doing £500K-£5M per year
-
Startups welcome, but must be vetted
-
Individuals who don’t plan to sell, but want to maximise profit and build wealth
Big businesses are slow, inefficient, and not much fun. I’ll change that.
If you’re interested, shoot me an email. I’m purely gathering interest right now.
Appreciate it—and appreciate you.
Talk soon.
