This email will be of real value to your business.

All I ask is that you implement what I share with you immediately.

I’ve just wrapped a two-day intensive with hundreds of clients from my main business, Fitness Entrepreneur.

For the last ten years, I’ve dominated the fitness industry and built the world’s largest business education company for health and fitness professionals.

If you want the full story behind it, watch my documentary Fitrepreneur on Prime. It’s coming to Netflix later this year.

I always found business easy. Marketing. Sales. Customer journey. Team. Leadership. Finance.

Add to that my relentless pursuit of beating diabetes, and you get the edge.

I brought real personal growth tools and proper business infrastructure into a market that ran on guesswork and limiting beliefs. That’s why I won.

Last Tuesday, I made a big move.

I announced my first-ever business and personal growth event for founders across all industries. It’s called Expansion.

Expansion isn’t about fitness.

It’s about the core DNA behind every scalable, profitable business.

I’m teaching it to founders who want to grow in the only three areas that matter: Profit, Authority, and Freedom.

I’m about to build some of the most powerful success stories of my career.

This will be the best work I’ve ever done.

Anyways,

I’ve pulled together some takeaways from the event you apply immediately no matter what industry you’re in.

I’ve broken each of these lessons down into the five core drivers that I’ll be teaching in-depth at Expansion on September 5th.

Here goes (free money)

ATTENTION (How to build daily demand from the right people)

  • If you want to strengthen your marketing and message, answer this: Which 3 pain points do you want to be known for solving? Gear every piece of marketing you create around these problems.

  • If you rely on social media for sales and revenue, create content for your market. NOT for you, your mates, or the fling you want to impress.

  • “If I look successful, people will resent me and stop buying.” No. Your best clients aren’t buying because you’re “relatable.” They buy because you solve problems and model the outcomes they want. Hiding your wins signals doubt in your own value and trains your mind to think success is wrong. This is why most founders stay broke.

MONETIZATION (turning followers and leads into paying customers)

  • Males buy Status

  • Females buy security

Charge what you’re worth” is total fucking nonsense because it’s self-centered.

Clients don’t care what you’re worth, they care about what their problem is costing them and what solving it is worth.

Your pricing should be tied to the transformation, not your self-esteem.

The simplest way to price effectively:

  1. Calculate the pain your prospect is experiencing (financially, emotionally, physically, etc.).

  2. Quantify the upside of solving it (money saved, time gained, confidence restored, etc.).

  3. Price at 1/10th of that upside so they see a no-brainer return on investment.

Make the value undeniable, and price resistance disappears.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS & LOYALTY (Keeping more clients, longer, with less energy)

  • Don’t confuse your personal presence with the value of your company. In fact, the more you push for real growth, the less the business should rely on you. True scale isn’t about doing more, it’s about building something that performs without your constant input.

  • You get paid to create shortcuts for people. The more shortcuts the better. What shortcuts does your business provide?

LEVERAGE – TEAM, SYSTEMS AND OPS (Freedom moves)

  • You keep a team accountable through clear targets, tough conversations, and disciplined action. Most people avoid all three, then wonder why they’re just paying someone’s mortgage instead of building a high-performance culture.

Founder Operating System (How you think, plan, manage energy and make decisions)

  • Overthinking provides the illusion of control. By replaying scenarios, your mind feels like it’s “doing something” to fix the pain. But this only reinforces the cycle, keeping you trapped in the past.

  • Control your lust. Control your life.

  • You will never feel ready before you step outside your comfort zone. New levels. New devils. Not feeling ready is actually the signal to MOVE.

In closing,

Every thought and action you take today is either funding or draining your personal empire and freedom.

One of the smartest moves you can make today is to block out 5th September on your calendar and spend one focused day with me at Expansion, tackling your biggest business challenges head-on.

You’ll walk out with a new lease of life, tactical moves you’d never have come up with yourself and a clear plan of action, targets, projects and deadlines to grow your business faster than ever.

If it’s not worth every penny, I’ll refund you in full and you keep all the materials.

Zero risk. All upside.
