This is the exact system I use every Sunday to review my own performance in my business.
It takes around 2 minutes to complete.
Use it to reflect honestly on what went well, what didn’t, extract the lessons, and integrate them into the next week.
All progress starts when you tell the truth.
If you don’t like the number, don’t justify it. Fix it.
Before pointing fingers at your market, clients, what’s going on in the news or team, point them at yourself.

Be ruthless. Abnormal behaviour creates abnormal results.
90–100: High standards
75–89: Solid, but leaking growth
50–74: Playing below your level
Below 50: Coasting
