Therefore the packages you see below serve you in both a pressing-issue consultation, a business overview, or full growth plan. Naturally the longer you decide to work with me, the more I will be in the full operations of your business.

Most consultations are virtual. However, the intensive days you’ll see below are with me in-person at my home. If you’re working with me on an ongoing basis, you’ll automatically get access to this once every six months. Alternatively you can choose the special Quarterly Intensive Plus+ offer.

As a heads up, you CAN bring your team and leaders over as we mastermind, however the summary below will help you pick the plan you need.

At a high level overview:

The 60 Minute Overhaul will be virtual and we’ll meet together on Zoom. We’ll actively work on predetermined issues as we will run through as much as possible over the hour. I’m not tight about time, and it’s common for me to roll over. All recordings provided.

The One Day Intensive will be held at my home restaurant, where we’ll work through the full day on predetermined areas of growth. You can bring your team along if you want. Transport from the airport (and back) will be arranged for you. And it’s at your discretion whether you want to travel home the same day, or find somewhere to stay. Naturally I can and will advise on accommodation.

As a bonus, you can combine the in-person One Day Intensive, with the Quarterly Intensive at a discounted rate.
